Eagle-eyed cinemagoers have named and shamed the newest HARRY POTTER release as the most error-filled movie of 2009 so far.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the sixth instalment of the wizard franchise, was released to U.S. theatres less than two weeks ago on 15 July (09) but has already notched up a whopping 57 mistakes, each detailed on website MovieMistakes.com.
In one scene, Rupert Grint's character Ron Weasley can be heard speaking but his mouth doesn't move, while in another, Daniel Radcliffe's Harry Potter appears with a windswept and messy hairstyle just seconds after his locks were neatly combed.
News Snippets: Daniel Radcliffe plans to move to Direction after Harry Potter
DANIEL RADCLIFFE has spent the last ten years larking about on a broomstick for a living. But the Harry Potter star is setting foundations for a career behind the camera - as a director.
Daniel, now wowing audiences in Harry Potter And The Half-blood Prince, has just the two-part Deathly Hallows film to complete before he loses that scar for good.
It is already being filmed and Daniel is getting tips on a new career from Hallows' producer DAVID BARRON. The boy wizard even helped direct a scene filmed in the Dartford Tunnel last week.
News Snippets: Emma Watson confirms choice as Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island
Emma Watson has confirmed her choice of university - after months of speculation about where the star has enrolled to study.
The Harry Potter actress recently revealed she would be taking time out to study in the U.S., prompting a flurry of speculation about her institution of choice.
Now the star has confirmed she will go to Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
She says, "I am (going to university in the Fall) - to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the U.S.A. I've got a place there to read literature."
News Snippets: Rare First Edition Sorcerer's Stone to be auctioned in Norwich

News Snippets: Jamie Waylett apologizes to Harry Potter fans after narrowly avoiding jail
Jamie Waylett has been ordered to do 120 hours of community service in lieu of jail, after he admitted to growing cannabis.
Jamie Waylett, who plays Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe in the films, pleaded guilty last week after being charged along with his long-term friend John Innis in April.
Leaving London's City of Westminster Magistrates Court, the actor said: "I extend my sincere apologies to the producers, cast and crew and all at Warners and most especially to all Harry Potter fans."
I am just back from my first view of Half-Blood Prince. Yes, definitely I shall be going in for atleast 2 more shows during the weekend.
I have no words to say. I can't say I loved it, nor can I say I disliked it. Some extra things were added to make it visually appealing, lots of important stuff was left out. Dumbledore's demise was, sadly, the part which was most weakly handled. That is my first concrete opinion for HBP so far.
There was too much of Ron and Lavender, but several things were really really funny. Hermione and Harry's friendship was beautifully brought out. Rupert, Dan, Emma and Bonnie were absolutely fabulous. This is by far the only movie in which I have liked Gambon's portrayal of Dumbledore. The "horcrux cave scene" was fantastically done. Though I hated the fact that they showed as if it was too easy for the Death Eater's to infiltrate Hogwarts and get out of it - that too after having murdered Dumbledore. I mean the final scene of Severus killing Dumbledore, and Harry not doing anything didn't make any sense at all.
Whew! For "I have no words to say" I have written quite much.
