I think that is fair that way.

Yeah I think everyone should be set with a warning first because like of course the newbies but I do think that suspending is a good idea

Hmm, so we do have a final plan -

First Warn, then Charge and finally (if at all things start getting way overhead) then suspension from the site.

Being off the site permanently is called Banning - we wont ban them, just suspend them temporarily. That way things can be kept much under control.

Step One - Create a policy on nuicance posting
Step Two - Global it out to all members already signed on (probable best to send everyone an email)
Step Three - Have as part of "I agree to these rules and conditions"

1. Step Four - Warning
2. Step Five - Warning
3. Step Six - 10 Galleons
4. Step Seven - 20 Galleons
5. Step Eight - 40 Galleons
6. Step Nine - 100 Galleons
7. Step Ten - 1000 Galleons
10. Step Eleven - Stop them from earning galleons and continue to take 1000 galleons from them
11. Step Twelve - Suspend for a week
12. Step Thirteen - Suspend for two weeks
13. Step Fourteen - if it continues after this - ban the person.

These steps are for those who continuously commit offences (ie like taking licence points off you)

what do you all think?

i love step 11 but as i said its much more cruel if we dont suspend the person and keep charging him because that would have more impact or at least thats what i thought.

Well if it gets to step eleven, these people are obviously not caring about losing galleons, so therefore they then get suspended.

Ok heres another idea, if the people are suspended, then what ever is left in their gringotts account half is forfited. Upon a ban the whole amount is forfited.

That way the money consequence is still there and this should also keep gringotts happy.

(what do you guys think?)
