How do you make your own website?

ok, call me stupid but i want to create my own site. I know i am only 12 and my mom said that it would probably be unlikely that i create my own site but i really want to see if i can. If i can't, then i will just try another time, but if i can i would really like to know how.

I only know how to make a little website in www.blogger.com with links and everything but I want to know how to make one with something like this: www.idontknow.com( don?t go here,its a fake website) and go there, see the disscussions and all...

Does anyone of you have Microsoft Frontpage? Open it and click on file>>New>> website>> wizard and choose the kind of site you need and bang a website is created for you.

That was where I started off my website designing stint.

*sigh* to make yourown website (LISTEN UP!) you would have to know how to code. Codeing is PhP Java Java script and a bunch of others. If you want examples of java go here: http://www.clubpenguin.com (its rated G)

To set up a decent website you would have to go to collage and learn Codeing! Otherwise you could onley make stuff like this: http://www.haircrazy.info and you would onley beable to Blog and make little fourms. To make good websites like this You need ot learn codeing. Any questions about Codeing PM me. I am way too good at codeing. I learned HTPL when I was 10, PhP at 13 Java at 13 and I am learning Java Script and I am 14.
