Has anyone actually seen this movie? I was wondering if it was any good. David Copperfield is one of my favorite books, but I don't want to see a movie of it if they didn't do a good job.
That's funny... Without having seen it, how would you know? Has anyone here actually seen the movie? From what I have found so far, it received really mixed reviews. People who hadn't read the book liked it, but people who had read it didn't think it was very good. I did notice that Maggie Smith was in it as his aunt, and I always love her movies.
