You have given a proper summary. I think if the stories are to continue by either fans or by Jo herself, then Albus Severus would play an important role. I would love to read fanfiction by someone who is good enough, and I can't wait for the story to continue.
Jo has left the ending quite open, so that if it comes to it, she may coninue the series
I think Harry might have named James as James Sirus Potter.We don't mention middle names now n then right.But Jo mentiond A.S. potter according to the situation.

Yes I totally agree with you there Jibran, if there is to be another series then it would be about Albus Severus because this one seems to be the one that Harry concentrates on more thant the others in that last scene.
the thing I think is hilarious is the fact that James is like his grandfather in that he is a prankster (this would be compunded by the Weasley factor there too) and the fact that Lily is like Ginny, the fact that she can not wait to go to Hogwarts.
Also therei s other information about what they do including: Ron takes over freds half of WWW, and becomes an Auror. Harry is head of the Auror office and Hermione is in Magical law enforcement (lol) and pretty high up too, after campaigning for years for rights of non-magical creatures (typical Hermione) Percy as we know is still in the ministry and ginny played for the holyhead harpies or whatever their name is until she and harry had the children then she gave that up to raise them.
Luna is married to i cant remember what but some naturalist or something and she is one also and has learnt that a few of her fathers creatures (Crumpleheaded Snorkack) do not exist and a we also know Neville is a Professor at hogwarts.

lockyfan is the information you told true? I've always kinda hated Ginny but I gotta admit she makes a great couple with Harry I think it was great for them to get married and have a bunch of kids

I have no idea what happened, but I bet that it was something similar to when I lost a bunch of posts once and was dropped back to being a fifth year and i had been a Seventh year AND the FIRST one on this site to be a "seventh year". I didn't like the epilogue that much because to me it seemed like she was trying to rush through it and get it over with! She didn't go into very much detail, like the middle names of Harry's other two kids, why Ron and Hermione named their son Hugo! I mean who names their kid HUGO??!!?? I can understand Rose because she probably has red hair like her dad, but HUGO?!? Where did that come from?!? Also how long had Neville been teaching at Hogwarts? I wasn't really that intrigued by the epilogue, I mean the rest of the book was BRILLIANT, except for the epilogue in my opinion. Also, why nineteen years later? Why not ten years? Or fifteen years?
At least something good came out of the epilogue, those Harry and Hermione shippers were proved wrong! lol!
Oh and when Fred died, I was like "WHAT THE CRAP? HE CAN'T DIE! HE'S FRED!"
Harry was so awesome when he was facing Voldemort, and Moldybutt was just plain stupid! It was Moldybutt's own fault that he died! lol! Idiot! Didn't listen to word Harry said to him! That's what he gets!
When Bellatrix died by Mrs. Weasley I said out loud "IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT BITCH GOT WHAT SHE DESERVED!"
So yeah I cried like a baby when Dobby died and I couldn't believe it when Fred died... Jo killed half of the Weasley twins, well actually a little bit more because of George's ear! George is now "HOLEY!"
I'm going to stop ranting now PEACE OUT!!!
P.S. My favorite quotes were when Ron yelled at Harry, "IF WE DIE FOR THEM, I'LL KILL YOU, HARRY!" and then when Ron punched Draco and said, "And that's the second time we saved your life tonight, you two-faced bastard!" Just thought I might throw that in there

I agree with you Vic, what kind of a name is Hugo? That's a name for a fat guy in my opinion,, and I also agree that JK seemed to have rushed through the epilogue. I think she probably showed a bit of nineteen years later because that would be about the time when the main characters' children would be going to school. I actually wasn't that shocked to read that Fred died , I thought that he'd be the one to go when George lost his ear(JK wouldn't make a person earless and kill him). But I wonder, how did Molly kill Bellatrix? Did she know how to perform the Avada Kedavra curse?
