I don't think that there's anything wrong with calling him Voldemort. That's his name.

I read the seventh book 4 times, of course i know that Ron said that, Ron meant he was unaccustomed to callling Voldemort by the name(having learned from his parents to call him You Know Who), and he means that Voldemort's name should not be taken lightly as Harry suggests it should be, come on, think of all the things that Voldemort has done and can do(or could have done, since he's gone for good). All Ron is saying is, don't take Voldemort's name for a joke, and show his name respect in the sense that the name itself could cause pain and suffering to others around him
