I just read this in other forum. So I just wanted to know.

Is it true? harry is a horcrux?

Jo has said in an interview that against popular feeling and rumours, Harry is definitely not a horcrux. I was of the opinion too that Harry might have been an unwitting horcrux and that in order to kill Voldemort, Harry would need to kill himself too. But if Harry is not a horcrux, then this theory fails.

Ok well unbeknownest to Voldy , love that name, lol, Harry was a Horcrux. Which, in my opinion, is why, with Lily's sacrafice, that Harry did not die completely when hit with the killing curse from Voldy.

I think Voldy only killed the part of his soul he had left in Harry that night in Godrics Hallow. Which is what I meant by not killing Harry completely.

Hasrry should have died too, but Unbeknown to Voldemort and harry, when TR/LV returned in GOF, he because a kind of (words there being kind of) Horcrux for harry, only Harry never split his soul, voldemort tethered harry to the mortal plain.

therefore five things come into play here.
1. Voldemort's soul in harry,
2. Lily's blood protection
3. Harry's blood in voldemorts restored body
4. Voldemorts Stupidity
5. harrys unwillingness to use the AK curse and kill people

therefore harry is still the only ever person to survive the AK curse. he did it twice.

You know I was really caught off guard when Harry survived the curse again. I thought he was actually going to die.
