Is J.K. Rowling writing a new series?!?!

i too, doubt that there will be no more "adventure" type books relating to harry potter, but we do know that there will be an encyclopedia and The Tales Of Beedle The Bard which will give us extra information about the world of harry potter so all is not lost!!!! sideways

in other areas i have heard that JK is writing and may have already completed childrens books (young children) and crime novels. but i hope she does not write under a pseudonym as we would not know that she had written it! she may have already published it!!!

That is for sure. But I personally think that the Harry Potter franchise has too much potential to let it sit idle. I mean do we really know how and why Hogwarts came into existence? The lives of the original founders would make an interesting story line. Apart from that, I am willing to read a complete biography of Albus Dumbledore - even The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore would be fine!!!! tongue

depends what your into, but HP is pretty awesome to be honest! i dont want her to write any more like HP novels but prestory and extra info would be welcome
