Um..Maybe he is a bit of both. Or maybe not.

He killed Dumbledore so I think he is more evil than good.
Maybe he will become to good but I don't know.. He is a really slimy git :S

I can't wait that Deathly Hallows is out, it must be really interesting (like other Harry Potters also) ! grin

I think Snape is both evil and good but i think he is just trying to save himself so that he doesn't get killed by Voldemort. Devil

yes that is true, but I also think he was saving himself due to the Vow, and he had to kill DD so that he could save draco from being murdered by the other death eaters for not following through and letting DD survive.

Had he have known Harry was there and unpetrified him, the odds would have been better, but Snape took the only option he could.
