Silvery blonde hairs, slim, grey eyes, always a sneer, rude, bad tempered and a spoilt brat. These are the adjectives which describe Draco Malfoy to perfection. He considers himself to be far better than any other student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, just because his father has a lot of money.

Draco Malfoy, the son of Lucius Malfoy, currently attends Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  Placed, by the sorting hat, in Slytherin House, this silver haired, grey eyed boy is the hated enemy of Harry Potter. Like his father, Lucius Malfoy, Draco places more importance on the so-called 'purity of blood' and believes that all Muggleborns or Mudbloods should be cleaned out of Hogwarts. When the heir of Slytherin had released the monster of the Chamber of Secrets on the muggleborns, Draco wished that if he knew who the heir was, he could help the heir in his task of cleansing Hogwarts. He hates Hermione because she is a Muggleborn. But personally I think that the better part of his hatred arises from the fact that Hermione is the best witch for her age at Hogwarts, even though she hails from an all Muggle background.

They met in their first year and hated each other from first sight.  After four years, this sentiment hasn't changed one single bit.  Two boys, in opposing houses, with opposing views.  These two influential figures have the power to change the wizarding world. 

It can be clearly said that Draco is the most hated boy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
